Help! – we all need it – We all need support – someone to hold on to

When our confidence fails – when we feel ourselves slipping – We need to be sure – sure that we are doing the right thing – sure that God is on our side – Sure that our sins really are forgiven – and they won’t come back to haunt us – Sure that we will be with God when we die

We live in uncomfortable times – Terrorism – bombing in Afghanistan – never ending violence in Israel – Anthrax scares – It’s at such times that we need – stability – safety – and reassurance – Many people look to their governments – to the Military – to political leaders – As Christians we should look to God – to prayer – and to our Bibles –
